For S.No.1. Assistant Medical Superintendent:-
(A). Educational: (i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act,1956 and (ii) Post Graduate degree in any medical speciality.
(B) Experience: 3 years experience in the speciality after PG Degree.
Desirable: Experience in Hospital Administration.
Age: Upto 45 years. Relaxable for Government Servants upto five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government.
For S.No.2. Medical Officer:-
Essential : (a) A medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. (Persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section
(3) of section 13 of the Act).
(b) The candidate must be registered with the State/Central Medical Council.
Desirable:- (i) Post graduate diploma/Degree in Chest, TB and allied Diseases
(i) Experience in the TB Control Programme.
Note: Qualification(s) is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Competent Authority in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Age: Upto 40 years. Relaxable for Government Servants upto five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government & for 10 years for Physically Handicapped and the candidates are exempted from application fees.
S.No. 3 Administrative Officer:-
Essential qualifications and Experience: Officers under the Central Government/State Government/Autonomous Organizations holdings analogous posts on regular basis with 8/12 years’ service in posts in the scale of Rs.5500-9000/5000-8000 (pre-revised) or equivalent respectively and having adequate experience in personnel management and having experience of establishment and general administration work.
Note: 1. The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.
2. The maximum age limit for appointment by transfer on deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
S.No. 4 Staff Nurse :-
Essential Qualification & Experience: 3 years Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent. Registered as Nurse; and Registered as Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Council.
Age : upto 35 years) Relaxable for five years for SC/ST and three years for OBC candidates as per Govt. of India instructions.
For S.No.5. House Keeper -
Essential Qualification & Experience: (1) Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognised board or Institution.
(2) Certificate in Catering and Kitchen Management
(3) 3 years’ experience in running a hostel/kitchen in any organisation of repute.
Note: - Preference will be given to the candidates(s) having diploma in hotel management. Qualification(s) is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Competent Authority in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. Age: Up to 28 years (relaxable for Government servants upto 35 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by Central Government)
S.No.6 Lower Division Clerk -
Essential Qualifications:- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution/University with speed of 30 w.p.m. in typewriting (Hindi or English).
Age: 18-27 years (relaxable for Government servants upto 35 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by Central Government.)
General Instructions:
(i) Crucial date for determining age limit will be the closing date of receipt of applications.
(ii) The appointment will be governed by the standard terms and conditions as per the Institute rules applicable from time to time.
(iii) LRS Institute reserves the right to fix criteria for calling the required number of candidates, as may be necessary, for interview.
(iv) The prescribed essential qualifications as above are bare minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
(v) LRS Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill the posts mentioned above without assigning any reason(s).
(vi) No. of posts can be increased or decreased by the Competent Authority (vii) Incomplete applications not on the prescribed proforma will be summarily rejected.
(viii) The candidate already in Govt. Service should send his/her application through proper channel or they have to bring ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their present employer at the time of interview.
ix) Candidates are required to enclose attested Photostat copies of all certificates in support of qualifications and experience.
x) Applicants should affix recently taken attested passport size photograph on the application.
xi) The completed application form should be accompanied by requisite non-refundable fee in the form of Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “Director, L.R.S. Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases” payable at New Delhi.
No fees for SC/ST/PH & Woman candidates.
xii) Completed application form should be sent to Director, L.R.S. Institute of TB & Respiratory Diseases, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110030 on or before the last date.
xiii) Applications received after the last date will not be considered.
